Hello, all! Once again, it has been quite a time since I last updated. Things in my life have shifted, some for better and some for worse, but I am hoping to make some good progress on my ventures in the literary world. I have been done with the end of the Knockemout trilogy for several months now, so this will be a short one.

Things We Left Behind left nothing to be desired. We have our familiar characters, and–as with the second installment–we have a new perspective on the duo I have been dying to delve into: Sloane and Lucian. Love, love, love this story. Beautiful but broken people hidden inside their impenetrable outer shells of strength and independence. The spice level in this one is amped up to the nth degree because of the obvious history and tension they have. The pacing and drama are, in my opinion, the best of the trilogy. Plus we got the answers that we all wanted, as the OTP has been at each other’s throats for the entirety of the series.

Absolutely, one hundred percent, recommend picking this one up. If you’ve read the first two, you will not be disappointed. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with Score’s writing and will be looking for more of her work. I have Forever Never in the queue already.

According to the link below from her site, they are making a show, which will probably also be amazing.
